Online encyclopedia, available from school or home.  For use at home, the username is:  ppschool; the password is spartan.
World Book Kids is good for K-2 students; World Book Students is useful for grades 3 and up.  Enciclopedia Estudialtil Hallazgos includes selected articles in Spanish.

State provided database, which includes magazines and newspapers.  Newspapers includes an archive of  Bergen Record from 1996 and the New York Times from 1985.  Magazines include popular titles like People and Newsweek and scholarly titles as well.  When using from home, the library card number to use is:  23086
