Prospect Park Performace Audit (pdf)
Please click more below to view letter forwarded to the Office of the State Comptroller in response to the audit completed by this department. The identified findings noted were not findings of the Prospect Park School District's internal operation. The findings are relative to the operation of the contracted services through Northern Region Educational Services Commission and are in the process of being corrected. Additionally, the one finding regarding longevity payments for tenured employees is a contractual item that is the practice in most school districts in New Jersey as a method to attract teachers with experience as well as newly certificated teachers.
