Early Childhood Education (K - 2)
Our Early Childhood Education Program is designed to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for children during their formative years. Grounded in research-based best practices, our program focuses on fostering holistic development, including cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth.
Curriculum:
Our curriculum is thoughtfully crafted to meet the developmental needs of young children aged 3 to 5 years old. It is based on a blend of play-based learning and structured activities, allowing children to explore, discover, and learn in a hands-on manner. We integrate various subjects such as literacy, numeracy, science, art, and music into our daily routines to provide a well-rounded educational experience.
Qualified Staff:
Our team of experienced and certified early childhood educators is passionate about working with young children. They create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and respected. Additionally, our staff receives ongoing professional development to stay updated on the latest research and educational practices in early childhood education.
Facilities:
Our school provides a safe, clean, and stimulating environment conducive to learning and exploration. We offer well-equipped classrooms with age-appropriate materials and resources that encourage children's curiosity and creativity. Additionally, we have outdoor play areas where children can engage in physical activities and develop gross motor skills.
Parental Involvement
We believe that parental involvement is crucial for a child's educational success. Therefore, we actively encourage parents to participate in their child's learning journey. We offer various opportunities for parental involvement, including parent-teacher conferences, workshops, volunteer opportunities, and regular communication channels to keep parents informed about their child's progress and upcoming events.

ASSESSMENT & PROGRESS MONITORING
We use a variety of assessment tools and strategies to monitor each child's progress and development. This includes observation, documentation, and informal assessments tailored to individual learning styles and abilities. Our goal is to ensure that every child reaches their full potential and transitions smoothly to the next stage of their education.
Dynamic Indicators of Basic Early Literacy Skills (DIBELS) are measures that help teachers and schools determine how students are performing on important reading skills. These measures are designed for students in grades K-8. What skills are measured by DIBELS and why are they important? The critical skills necessary for successful beginning reading include: phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension. The DIBELS measures assess students on four of these five critical skills, which are often referred to as the “Big Ideas” of reading. (assessed fall 9/16-10/7, winter 1/2-1/21 & spring 4/14-5/2)
