Payschools
We no longer collect checks, cash, or money orders for school events, activities, or fees. Prospect Park Schools utilizes Payschools to collect fees for Before & After Care, field trips, events, and other assigned fees as needed. All families are expected to create a Payshcools account to make fee payments. The effective rate of 3.50% and $1.50 per transaction will apply to fee credit card transactions.
Steps to Creating a PaySchools Account
Open the Payschools Portal
Visit our portal: www.payschoolscentral.com
Register
Select the “Register” option from the menu. The portal will guide you through the steps to establish your account and set up your students.
Enter Contact Data
You will be prompted to enter your contact data and a payment method to activate your account.
Confirm Registration
Once all information is entered, you will receive an email from PaySchools Central with a link to confirm the registration and create your password.
Log In
Once your password is saved, you can log in and begin using PaySchools Central.
Add Students
The first time you log in, indicate which student(s) to attach to your account using the Add/View student tab. Students are already loaded in the PaySchools Central system.
Forgot Password
If you forget your password, click on the “Forgot Password” link located on the www.payschoolscentral.com page.

Paying your field trip fees:
After logging into Payschools, you will be directed to your Dashboard.
From the Fees table, select "Optional Fees"
Select field trip and then select the shopping cart icon
Once you get to your shopping cart, you will be able to pay the fee. The effective rate of 3.50% and $1.50 per transaction will apply to fee credit card transactions.
